SUBJECT:
Approval of Culpepper & Terpening, Inc.'s First Amendment and Specific Authorization No.10 for the design services of Granada Street Roadway Improvements in an amount not to exceed $60,335.00.
SUMMARY:
Pursuant to the continuing agreement related to “RFQ No. 2019-027 – Engineering Services” between the City of Fort Pierce and Culpepper & Terpening, Inc. dated the 23rd day of July 2020, The First Amendment for Culpepper and Terpening, Inc. is submitted for subsequent review and approval. In addition, the City of Ft. Pierce desires design and construction plan preparation services for the proposed roadway and drainage improvements to Granada Street from Gulfstream Avenue to Porpoise Street, approximately 900 linear feet of roadway. The roadway shall be designed as a two-lane undivided urban section with sidewalks on both sides of the right-of-way where possible, complete with curb and gutter, and drainage facilities.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval.

Deny and negotiate with another design consultant.
