Panda Express - Minor Site Plan - 2627 S. Jenkins Road

SUMMARY

This three (3) lot development consists of a proposed 2,700 sq ft Quick-Service Restaurant with a drive-thru, a rough graded lot for future commercial development and Lot #3 will operate as the stormwater facility to serve the two lots proposed for development. The subject parcels are zoned C-3, General Commercial Zone with a Future Land Use designation of GC, General Commercial.
