SUBJECT:
Approval of award of Bid No. 2024-042 for CDBG Residential Rehabilitation for 902 Hickory Street, Fort Pierce, FL to Andros Roofing & Construction LLC in an amount not to exceed $60,021.00.
SUMMARY:
The Grants Division has partnered with the Purchasing Division to solicit bids for the following CDBG Residential Rehabilitation, 902 Hickory Street, Fort Pierce, FL. The invitation was sent to 548 vendors. Eight (8) vendors requested specifications with three (3) responding (37.50%) plus 0 “No Bid” (37.50% total response).
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval to Andros Roofing & Construction LLC in the amount not to exceed $60,021.00.
ALTERNATIVES:
Deny the award and/or select from higher bids.
