CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- A stop work order was placed on May 22, 2015 for work being done and work that was previously done without a permit. This work includes but may not be limited to two accessory buildings added onto the back of the structure, interior demolition including drywall removal, plumbing piping removal, electrical wiring removal, alterations to the fire suppression system, exterior walls, columns on the rear porch and a fence being replaced. You had (30) days from the date of this letter to apply for permit(s).
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 60 days to obtain a permit and comply with all permit conditions or a fine of $100.00 per day be assessed.
