The site is approximately 2.94 acres and is identified by the parcel numbers 243433100020000, 243434200050005, and 243433100010003. The properties 715 Tumblin Kling Rd and 4209 Garrison Lane are zoned R-4, Medium Density Residential Zone with a Future Land Use of RH, High Density Residential. The property 625 Tumblin Kling Road is zoned R-4, Medium Density Residential Zone with a Future Land Use of RM, Medium Density Residential. The existing uses are Single Family Residential.

The applicant is proposing to reconfigure the lot lines of the three (3) subject parcels.
