Presentation of City's Financial Transparency Portal
SUMMARY:
The City of Fort Pierce continues forward with its commitment to full disclosure and is committed to financial transparency. In this spirit, the City has developed a Financial Transparency Portal to give the citizens, a transparent view of how funds are invested in the delivery of outstanding services.
Users can now access budget and expenditure data by launching our Financial Transparency Portal on our website, giving the public access to how the City spends its tax dollars. It offers current fiscal year comparisons on revenue and spending for all departments and actual information for the proceeding five years. Users can manipulate the data and drill down to finite details or scale up to the big picture. They can also download the data as a Excel spreadsheet to use at home.
