SUBJECT:
Approval of Change Order No. 11 to General Contractor Services-Highway Museum in an amount not to exceed $2,803.70 for the City of Fort Pierce Florida Highwaymen Museum renovation project.
SUMMARY:
The proposed change order aims to enhance security and provide additional protection to minimize the risk of theft of the newly installed HVAC units.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of Changer Order No. 11 to General Contractor Services-Highway Museum in an amount not to exceed $2,803.70 to supply and install 2 security cages for the HVAC units.
ALTERNATIVES:
Staff will proceed as directed by the FPRA Board.
