REQUESTED ACTION
Resolution 25-R02 Asserting no objection to St. Lucie County abandoning portions of an unnamed rights-of-ways at or near the Southeast Corner of S US Highway 1 and South of E. South Market Avenue.
SUMMARY
- A property owner is proposing to acquire the ownership of un-named right-of-ways from St. Lucie County.
- The majority of the property owner's subject properties are located within the jurisdiction of the City of Fort Pierce.
- The property owner has been informed by St. Lucie County that because the majority of the parcels are located within the City Limits of the City of Fort Pierce, the City would need to approve a resolution that confirms that the City has no objection to the abandonment of the St. Lucie County Right-of-Ways.
- The City of Fort Pierce Planning Department and Engineering Departments have no objections to the proposed abandonments, of St. Lucie County Right-of-Ways.
