SUBJECT:
Approval of Change Order No. 2 for Specific Authorization No. 4 with Kimley-Horn & Associates, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $49,980.00 for the Indian River Drive Historic Downtown Waterfront Corridor Improvements.
SUMMARY:
Additional professional engineering services are required relating to the required water and sewer facilities upgrades along the Indian River Drive corridor as further detailed within the attached Change Order No. 2. The upgrades will provide the required water/sewer facilities for future developments within this corridor in addition to the proposed Kings Landing Development.

Staff recommends approval.
