SUBJECT:
Legislative Hearing-Ordinance 25-008, Amending Chapter 103, Article XI, Buildings and Building Regulations - Mobile and Manufactured Homes Ordinance, Section 103-403, Providing for Public Access to the Mobile/Manufactured Home Repair and Remodeling Guidelines. SECOND READING
SUMMARY:
This proposed Ordinance would provide for public access to the mobile/manufactured home repair and remodeling guidelines, as promulgated by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, Division of Motorist Services Manufactured Housing Section, Procedure # MHS-24. In the interest of the community, one copy of such guidelines shall be filed in the office of the Building Department and shall be available for inspection by the public during business hours of such office.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approved proposed Ordinance 25-008 - Amending Chapter 103 Buildings and Building Regulations, Article XI - Mobile and Manufactured Homes Ordinance, Section 103-403 - Mobile and Manufactured Homes.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not approve at this time.
