SUBJECT:
Conditional Use - Elite Academy Daycare - 2210 Orange Avenue
SUMMARY:
The applicant is requesting the review of an application for a condtional use for a daycare located at 2210 Orange Avenue. The applicant is seeking to move New Elite Academy and operate the daycare in an existing, stand alone 7,487 sq. ft building, currently known as the Jaber's Market.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff's recommendation is for the Planning Board to vote Approval of the proposed Conditional Use application and move it to City Commission with the two (2) conditions.
- Sign permits should be applied for prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy
- A notarized Landscape Maintenance Agreement is due prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy
