Andre Baxam of A-OK Construction has submitted an Innovative Development Site Plan application to construct a duplex on Parcel ID: 2409-606-0041-000-0, specifically, 209 N. 18th Street, Fort Pierce.

The parcel is located in the City's R-3, Single Family Moderate Density zoning district and has a future land use designation of RL, Residentail Low. 

Please review and provide comments at least two days before the scheduled meeting date.
