SUBJECT:
Approval of Subordination of Utility Interest Agreements between the State of Florida Department of Transportation and the City of Fort Pierce, Florida for the use and benefit of Fort Pierce Utilities Authority, for the upcoming Kings Highway Road Widening project.
SUMMARY:
The Florida Department of Transportation is requiring the attached subordination of utility interest documents be executed in association with the upcoming FDOT Kings Highway Road Widening Project. The agreements were approved by the Fort Pierce Utilities Authority on January 19, 2016.
RECOMMENDATION:
Authorize the Mayor to sign the subordination agreements to FDOT.
