Conditional Use with No New Construction - Atlantic Coast Recycling - 3301 Avenue D
SUMMARY
Atlantic Coast recycling are proposing to make a modification to the existing conditional use approval granted to this site. Atlantic Coast property owners have been advised that they need to complete a new local Conditional Use review (CU without improvements). Use of the property remains the same as it has been for the last 20, or so, years. No changes in use on the property that would otherwise require reconsideration of this previously recognized property status.
