RECOMMENDATION:
The city requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, that the following be ordered:
- The violator(s) be given 30 days to:
- Pressure wash and paint the discolored and peeling areas of both the home and the shed.
- Repair or replace the missing and broken siding on the property.
- Repair or replace all broken and missing windows on the property.
- Repair the roof and fascia on the shed where it is sagging and deteriorating.
- Obtain any necessary permits and comply with all permit conditions.
- Failure to comply by the date ordered will result in a fine of $100.00 per day being assessed.
