RECOMMENDATION:
The city requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, that the following be ordered:
- The violator(s) be given 7 days to:
- Mow the yard and clean off fence lines.
- Remove loose items from the yard, porch and carport.
- Place waste containers on the side or rear of the home.
- Fully open all shutters on the property.
- Failure to comply by the date ordered will result in a fine of $250.00 per day being assessed.
