RECOMMENDATION:
The city requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, that the following be ordered:
- The violator(s) be given 15 days to:
- Trim bushes and hedges to be 4 feet at the front of the home.
- Mow the yard and clean off the fence lines.
- Pressure wash the driveway and walkways.
- Failure to comply by the date ordered will result in a fine of $100.00 per day being assessed.
