The applicant currently operates Live Oak Detox at this location and has conditional use approval for 14 clients from the 2/2016 city commission meeting. Requesting conditional use approval for 2 more clients for a total of 16 max clients. The facility has 8 bedrooms with 2 clients per bedroom. Currenly, only 7 of the 8 bedrooms is being utilized for the existing 14 clients. The request is to use the 8th bedroom to hold 16 clients max. No new construction will be done as the building was built with 8 bedrooms and the capacity for 16 clients.
