SUMMARY:

  • The applicant is requesting approval of a Conditional Use application in order to utilize the former St. Lucie Outboard Marine site as a commercial site offering the sale and service of boats and recreational vehicles/campers.
  • The request was filed concurrent with a request for authorization of similar use of RV sales and service in the C-6, Marine Commercial Zone.
  • The Planning Board, at their April 8th, 2014 meeting, voted unanimously to recommend approval of the request with staff recommended conditions.
