Resolution 25-R62 Adopting Updated Solid Waste Administrative Guidelines Approving the Schedule of Fees for the Collection and Disposal of Garbage and Trash 

During the City Commission Budget Workshop on July 14th, the Commission expressed interest in increasing solid waste collection rates to address the operational needs and service demands identified by the Public Works Director. Therefore, the attached resolution contains revised rates and guidelines that will assist with meeting operational needs such as fuel costs, disposal fees, equipment purchases, maintenance costs and personnel. The approval of these new fees will play a crucial role in shaping the Solid Waste Division's budget for the 2025-2026 Fiscal Year.
