SUBJECT:
Approval of Continuing Services Agreement with D & R Landscapes, Inc. for Nuisance Abatement Services, RFP No. 2024-048, in the amount of $75,000.
SUMMARY:
On March 17, 2025, during the City Commission meeting, the Commission awarded RFP No. 2024-048 for Nuisance Abatement Services. The total annual cost of this service is not to exceed $75,000.
This contract provides for nuisance abatement services, including lot clearing, debris removal, tree trimming, securing unsafe structures and pools, and graffiti abatement on public and private properties. The contractor will respond to specific work orders issued by the City, which will outline the location, scope, and type of work to be completed within a designated timeframe.
