SUBJECT:
Resolution 25-R67 REVISED Renewing the Clean & Safe Community Initiative by amending the sunset date.
SUMMARY:
In accordance with Chapter 103, Article IX, Section 103-343, the City Commission shall establish by resolution the Clean & Safe Community Initiative fee. Such resolution is required to include an expiration date.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the Resolution as submitted.
ALTERNATIVES:
Amend the Resolution.
