SUBJECT:
Approval of Letter of Engagement with GrayRobinson, P.A. for Governmental Consulting Services in the amount of $60,000.00.
SUMMARY:
The original agreement between the City and GrayRobinson, P.A. to provide governmental consulting services is up for renewal. The renewal letter of engagement has the same terms as agreed upon last year. The monthly fee of $5,000 has increased by $250 per month. The agreement has been approved by the City Attorney as to form and correctness.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the Letter of Engagement with GrayRobinson for Governmental Consulting Services.
ALTERNATIVES:
Staff will proceed as directed by the Commission.

OTHER INFORMATION:
In exchange for providing Governmental Consulting Services, the City will agree to pay GrayRobinson, PA $5,000.00 per month for a period of twelve (12) months beginning with an initial payment of $5,000.00 on October 1st, and on the first day of each month thereafter.
