RECOMMENDATION:

The city requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, that the following be ordered:
  1. The violator(s) be given 30 days to:
    • Cut the grass and trim all landscaping, including bushes, trees and shrubs, so that it presents a healthy, neat, and orderly appearance. Trees should be trimmed to 7 feet from the ground.
    • Ensure all hedges and bushes at the front of the home are no more than 4 feet in height.
    • Remove all loose items from outside the home.
    • Pressure wash the home, doors, driveway, walkways, and all areas of discoloration.
  2. Failure to comply by the date ordered will result in a fine of $250.00 per day being assessed.
