SUBJECT:
Discussion of a proposed initiative to reduce review timelines for Single-Family, Duplex and Cottage planning applications within certain Zoning Districts.
SUMMARY:
The City has a preponderance of vacant lots in neighborhoods close to downtown and on the west side of US-1.
Staff are requesting feedback to bring forward a proposal to develop a fast-track, single-family/duplex/cottage residential planning approval for lots within the R-3 and R-4 Zoning Districts.
RECOMMENDATION:
Provide feedback to Staff.
