SUMMARY

Review and Approval of a Voluntary Annexation by owners, Michael Fowler and Sean Murray, represented by Tony Acerra, to extend the territorial limits of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, to include one parcel, containing 0.73 acres, located along South Ocean Boulevard approximately 1,650 feet south of Blue Heron Boulevard. The proposed City Future Land Use is General Commercial (GC) and the proposed Zoning is General Commercial Zone (C-3). Parcel ID: 2413-501-0102-000-07.

The owners desire to annex into the City of Fort Pierce to expand development potential of the subject parcel.

LOCATION

Hutchinson Island along South Ocean Drive approximately 1,650 feet south of Blue Heron Boulevard.
