Approval of Amendment No. 1 to the Continuing Services Agreement with Mow 4 Less Lawn Care LLC for Nuisance Abatement Services, RFP No. 2024-048, in the amount of $75,000
SUMMARY:
On September 2, 2025, during the City Commission meeting, the Commission executed a Continuing Services Agreement with Mow 4 Less Lawn Care LLC for Nuisance Abatement Services, RFP No. 2024-048. Amendment No. 1 has been submitted to correct the name of the contractor from Mow 4 Less LLC to Mow 4 Less Lawn Care LLC.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of Amendment No. 1
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not approve Amendment No. 1 at this time.
