FINDINGS/ORDER:

On August 20, 2025, Special Magistrate Barreau ordered 30 days to cut all grass and weeds, trim all trees, shrubs, and bushes, remove all trash and debris, clean off the fence lines, remove loose items from the yard, store waste bins to the side or rear of the home, repair the fence where pieces are missing and deteriorating, pressure wash the home and fence where discoloration is occurring, place house numbers, and remove the window coverings or be fined $100 daily.

ACTION DATES:

September 25, 2025 - Property remains out of compliance. Fines started.
October 24, 2025 - Massey letter sent to owner.
November 13, 2025 - Property brought into compliance. Fines stopped.
Balance: $4,928.50
