ACTION DATES:

1. July 12, 2025 - Special Magistrate Hearing - owner was provided 60 days to get a permit or fines may accrue.
2. August 29, 2025 - Notice of Extension of Time (90 days) was recorded.
3. January 5, 2026 - An Affidavit of Non-Compliance was prepared and fines began to accrue.
4. February 3, 2026, 2026 - A letter was received  contesting the fines. A Massey Hearing Notice was mailed February 24, 2026.
