SUBJECT:
Resolution 26-R22 accepting the FPUA Final Budget Amendment
SUMMARY:
In accordance with the provisions of the City of Fort Pierce Charter, Article XII, Section 176 (12), Javier Cisneros, Director of Utilities has forwarded the FY 2025 Final Budget Amendment for consideration and approval by the City Commission.
RECOMMENDATION:
By majority vote approve the resolution waiving the thirty-day period for disapproval and approve FY 2025 Final Budget Amendment as submitted.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not approve the resolution and by four-fifths (4/5) vote, disapprove or decrease any line item expenditures or amendments thereto. If no disapproval occurs, the budget and amendments there to shall be deemed approved as submitted within thirty (30) days.
