SUBJECT:
FPRA Resolution 26-05 Authorizing or Denying a First Amendment to Grant Agreement for Commercial Facade Improvement located at 510 Orange Avenue.
SUMMARY:
On September 9, 2025, the FPRA and Bunwin, Inc. (the “Recipient”) entered into a grant agreement for a commercial façade improvement project at 510 Orange Avenue.
Under the terms of the agreement, the Recipient was required to obtain building permits within six months of the effective date. However, due to delays associated with the conditional use review process by the Planning Department, the Recipient was unable to secure the required permits within the specified timeframe.
The Recipient is now requesting a six-month extension to obtain the necessary permits for the façade renovation. If approved, the new deadline to obtain the building permits would be September 9, 2026.
