SUBJECT:
FPRA Resolution 26-06 approving and adopting updated Commercial Facade Grant Program Guidelines.
SUMMARY:
The FPRA Board established the Commercial Façade Grant Program through Resolution No. 25-01 on April 8, 2025, to improve the appearance of commercial properties and encourage private investment within the FPRA District. The program provides financial assistance to property and business owners for façade improvements. Since its adoption, FPRA staff has managed the program and gained experience with its implementation. Based on this experience and FPRA Board feedback, updates to the Program Guidelines are being proposed to improve the program’s effectiveness and overall process.
FPRA REDEVELOPMENT PLAN GOAL/POLICY
Goal 7 - The Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency shall increase private sector investment and business development within the Community Redevelopment Area.
Goal 9 - The Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency shall support small businesses, start-up businesses and support entrepreneurial activity within the Redevelopment Area.

Approve FPRA Resolution 26-06
