FPRA Resolution 26-09 - Entering an Interlocal Funding Agreement Between the City of Fort Pierce and the Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency for the Depot Drive Parking Lot Project in an Amount Not to Exceed
$112,340.00
SUMMARY:
Resolution 26-09 approves an Interlocal Funding Agreement between the Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency (FPRA) and the City of Fort Pierce for the Depot Drive Parking Lot Improvement Project.
The project will deliver design and permitting for roadway and site upgrades along South Depot Drive, including pavement improvements, stormwater enhancements, lighting, landscaping, pedestrian facilities where feasible, and parking reconfiguration. The improvements directly advance key FPRA Redevelopment Plan goals, including upgrading critical infrastructure, enhancing parking capacity and efficiency, improving pedestrian connectivity, and supporting downtown economic revitalization. The City’s Engineering Department will oversee Project management using its existing continuing services contract with Culpepper and Terpening, Inc.

FPRA REDEVELOPMENT PLAN GOAL/POLICY
FPRA Goal 17 - The FPRA shall give priority to infrastructure improvements and amenity installation that will facilitate new development and redevelopment projects within the Community Redevelopment Area.
