SUBJECT:
PULLED AT THE REQUEST OF STAFF. Approval of Specific Authorization No. 1 for Consor North America, Inc. under RFQ 2025-022 for Construction Engineering and Inspection Services for the Nebraska Avenue Sidewalk project from Lawnwood Circle to S 13th Street in the amount of $96,633.80.
SUMMARY:
The city received federal Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) funding to construct sidewalks along Nebraska Avenue from Lawnwood Circle to S 13th Street. Because of the nature of this funding and the required supporting documentation, staff has coordinated with Consor North America under their continuing professional services contract (RFQ 2025-022) to provide Construction Engineering and Inspection services.
The first amendment to the contract with Consor North America, Inc includes Construction Engineering and Inspection Services.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of Specific Authorization 1 for Consor North America Inc
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not approve the Specific Authorization.
