PULLED AT STAFF'S REQUEST. Approval of Specific Authorization No. 1 for Consor North America, Inc. under their Continuing Contract for RFQ 2025-022 - Professional Engineering Services to perform Construction Contract Administration and Construction Engineering and Inspection services for the Nebraska Avenue Sidewalk project. 

The city received federal Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) funding to construct sidewalks along Nebraska Avenue from Lawnwood Circle to S 13th Street. Because of the nature of this funding and the required supporting documentation, staff has coordinated with Consor North America under their Continuing Contract for Professional Engineering Services (RFQ 2025-022) to provide Construction Contract Administration and Construction Engineering and Inspection Services. The first amendment to the contract with Consor North America, Inc includes Construction Contract Administration and Construction Engineering and Inspection Services. 

Staff recommends approval of Specific Authorization No. 1 for Consor North America, Inc.

Do not approve Specific Authorization No. 1.
