SUBJECT:
Approval of Specific Authorization No. 2, RFQ 2025-022, with Culpepper and Terpening for surveying and engineering design services for the construction of the Jetty West parking lot in an amount not to exceed $100,000.00.
SUMMARY:
Survey, design, and permitting of a project called Jetty Park West. This project is a expansion of the existing Jetty Park Parking Lot. The purpose of this project is to create a continuous expansion of the existing parking lot to improve our Jetty Park capacity.
RECOMMENDATION:
It is the reccomendation of the Engineering department and the FPRA that this is a necessary project for the continued growth of the area.
ALTERNATIVES:
An alternative option is to deny the project and relocate funds to other projects.
