CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:

Obtain a permit for framing, drywall and plumbing alterations.
Repair or replace the air conditioning/heating unit.
Unclog and ensure functionality of all toilets. Make all necessary repairs.
Repair or replace all shower/tub faucets and/or handles.
Replace the kitchen light cover.
Install faceplates on all electrical outlets without faceplates.
Repair or replace all broken windows.
Repair or replace all broken doors and door hardware including entry doors and closet doors.
Repair all holes in the drywall.
Repair or replace the ceiling fan that is not securely mounted to the ceiling.
Repair or replace the stove.
The house is infested with insects. Have the house property treated. Secure all openings to prevent the entry and harborage of rodents, snakes and other vermin.

RECOMMENDATION:

The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 60 days to obtain a permit and comply with all permit conditions or a fine of $100.00 per day be assessed.
