CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- Repair or replace the roof where it is leaking.
- Repair all broken storefront glass.
- Treat the units for rat infestation.
- Water is entering unit 602 due to a lower elevation. A drain has been installed in front of the unit; however, other safeguards need to be taken to prevent the entry of water during normal weather events.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 60 days to obtain a permit and comply with all permit conditions or a fine of $100.00 per day be assessed.
