SUBJECT:
Approval of two (2) Interlocal Agreements creating two Municipal Services Benefit Units (MSBUs) which will fund the cost of proving potable water to the Noa Street and Parkland Boulevard ares in unincorporated St. Lucie County.

Interlocal MSBU Agreements between St. Lucie County, Fort Pierce Utilities Authority and City of Fort Pierce.
