SUBJECT:
Approval of Culpepper and Terpening's proposal in the amount of $13,040.00 for the Melody Lane public parking lot design, The parking lot's location is south of Saint Andrews and west of Melody Lane.
SUMMARY:
Engineering services to be provided include the preparation of a topographic and location survey, design of a parking area, design of applicable drainage upgrades, preparation of the bid tab, along with the submittal of the project's technical specifications.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval and acceptance of Culpepper and Terpening's $13,040.00 proposal.
ALTERNATIVES:
Reject and obtain quote from another engineering company on the approved list of continuing engineering services providers.
