SUBJECT:
Approve Small Business Grant Award for $3,000 for Pam's Food Hut, owned by Ms. Pamela McNair.
SUMMARY:
2015-2016 CDBG allocated funding for small business grant owners after attending two (2) small business workshops for items to improve capacity and sustainability. Ms. McNair attended workshops on 5/18/16 and 8/18/16; then applied for grant to purchase equipment and advertising for Pam's Food Hut.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve grant award for $3,000 for Ms. Pamela McNair to purchase equipment and advertising for her business, Pam's Food Hut.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not approve grant award.
