SUBJECT:
Approve request to install 3 Above-Ground Fuel Tanks for Drawdy Concrete Construction located at 2551 Peters Road in accordance with Section 7-20 of the Code of Ordinances.
SUMMARY:
Drawdy Concrete Construction has requested a permit to install 3 above ground fuel tanks to hold fuel at 2551 Peters Road. City Commission approval is required per Section 7-20 of the City Ordinance.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of the storage tanks.
ALTERNATIVES:
Deny the storage tank.
