SUMMARY:
Urban Redevelopment Department Staff has developed the specific parameters of the two phased request for qualifications/proposals which corresponds to the adopted Community Redevelopment Agency Plan. The schedule is as follows:
Notification to newspaper: January 13, 2014
Publishing dates: January 22 & 29, 2014
Pre-Proposal Meeting: February 6, 2014
Last day questions: February 24, 2014
(7 working days prior to the due date/opening)
Due date (opening): March 5, 2014
(30 working days after the first advertisement)
