- Please clean all rust and mildew from the building including the roof area.
- Please cut all tree limbs on the property that are hanging down a minimum of seven feet up from the ground.
- Please cut all grass and trim around all sidewalks and curb areas.
- Please trim all bushes so that they have a neat appearance from the street and remove all debris from the property.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 30 days to comply or a fine of $100.00 per day be assessed.
