SUBJECT:

Review and Approval of an application for Site Plan & Design Review, submitted by property owners, NNN/1031 #16 Jenkins LLC, and applicant, Kristen Ferretti of Corporate Property Services, to construct a new 4,989 sq. ft. Chick-fil-a restaurant with drive-thru service at 5560 Okeechobee Road, Fort Pierce, FL. The properties are zoned General Commercial, C-3 zone. (Parcel IDs: 2419-603-0002-000-7 & 2419-603-0005-000-8.)

SUMMARY:

  • The applicant is requesting the review and approval of a Site Plan and Design Review application to construct a new restaurant with drive-thru service at 5560 Okeechobee Road. The property is within the General Commercial, C-3, zone.
