CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:

  1. Please repair broken window located in the front of the house. A permit may be required. Please contact the building department at (772)467-3000.
  2. Please repair deteriorated trim and pressure wash/paint where molding or staining has occurred.
  3. Please move trash containers to the back or side of the house.
  4. Please remove bricks, plywood, trash, gas cans, tools and all other miscellaneous items located throughout the yard.
  5. Please register or remove non-operable vehicles located in the back of the house. 

RECOMMENDATION:

The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 10 days to comply or a fine of $150 per day be assessed.
