September 7, 2016 the Special Magistrate found Taylor Investment Group, Inc. responsible for the violation listed above and gave them 60 days to obtain a permit and comply to all conditions of the permit or a fine of $100.00 per day would be assessed until compliance was completed.
March 22, 2017 an inspection was made, the violations were not in compliance, the fines began.
April 5, 2017 received a letter from Kyle White, Vice President, JA Taylor Roofing, Inc. requesting a hearing.
April 20, 2017 an inspection was made, the violations were now in compliance, the fines were stopped.
Total amount of fines $2,930.00 ($30.00 recording fees).
