SUBJECT:
Approval of the annual Humane Society contract for FY 2018 in an amount not to exceed $130,000.00.
SUMMARY:
There are no changes to the terms of the contract regarding cost or number of impounds. The only change of note is to paragraph #10 to reference Sec. 4-76 of the Code of Ordinances, which was amended by the City Commission in January 2017.
