SUBJECT:
Approve award of Bid No. 2017-010 - City Park Restroom Cleaning to Morivalous Cleaning, Inc. of Fort Pierce FL, for a one year contract with two-one year renewal options, in an amount not to exceed $26,000.00 annually.
SUMMARY:
Bid No. 2017-010 invitations were sent to 263 vendors. Seventeen (17) vendors requested specifications with eight (8) responding (47%) plus 0 "No Bid" (47.06% total response).
The services being provided are scheduled cleaning of City Park restrooms on Friday, Saturday and Sunday of each week.
Morivalous Cleaning, Inc. was the most responsive and responsible bidder.
