SUBJECT:
Approve $15,000 increase in BPO 170247, A-1 Balers and Compactors, West Palm Beach, Florida.
SUMMARY:
The Commission approved blanket purchase order #170247 on September 19, 2016, for the period October 1 through September 30, 2017. The additional funding is needed to cover additional Solid Waste refuse vehicle compactor and hydraulic repairs for the remainder of the 2016-2017 Fiscal year.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Public Works Department recommends the increase of $15,000 for A-1 Balers and Compactors Blanket Purchase Order #170247.
ALTERNATIVES:
Staff will proceed as directed by the Commission.
